Ronaldo Barata

Born in 1979, in the city of São Paulo, Brazil. Ronaldo Barata started working in advertising agencies, initially as an art assistant. During this period, he worked with creation, graphic design, development of logos and visual identities, business cards, folders, publishing, diagramming and web design, but always working in parallel with illustration and character creation.

He illustrated for textbooks, paradidactics, RPG, magazines, character creation, style guides, advertising and websites.

He is the author of the series of comics Sobrenatural Social Clube, released by the publisher Sesi-SP, the comics Divino Mundanismo and a few other comic publications. Barata is a professor of Design and Digital Art at Quanta Academia de Artes and is an art director at Quanta Studio.
