Nick Andreychuk |
NICK ANDREYCHUK sold his first short story the same day he wrote it. Since then, he’s accumulated over 250 credits that cover the spectrum of comic scripts, essays, novels, short stories, and screenplays. A Derringer Award Winner, Nick uses his given name for action, adventure, mystery, and thrillers. In science fiction and fantasy, he writes as NICK AIRES, and has been an L. Ron Hubbard Writers of the Future Finalist. In horror and dark fantasy, he writes as NICHOLAS KNIGHT, and has received an Honorable Mention in THE YEAR’S BEST FANTASY AND HORROR. Nick is currently writing comic series for Atlantis Studios and Atomic Pop Art, including QUEEN OF THIEVES and BENGALI, and he has shorts in publications such as Judge Dredd Megazine and Tales of Lara Croft. Nick feels that a reviewer’s summary of his novel JUDGMENT DAY (coauthored as J.J. ACE) sums up the type of stories he loves to write: "There is non-stop action, great character development and an exciting storyline in this unique speculative fiction work. J.J. Ace has written a work that will be put on the readers' keeper shelf." (The Readers Guild) |

Mike Buckley |
MIKE BUCKLEY started out in comics by managing a comic shop, while honing his writing craft. One day, David Campiti walked in, and introduced himself. "It was lunchtime, we split a sub, and talked comics. We became good friends, and remain so to this day. When he started Innovation Comics a few years later, he called and told me to write a story. Shortly thereafter, "Hero Alliance Quarterly" #1 contained my first professional published story." He's since written a wide variety of genres for various publishers including Image and Avatar, and still managing to have fun writing. |
