I was born and grew up in Dau, Mabalacat, Pampanga. We later moved to San Pablo Laguna.

I wasn't able to finish my studies because of financial restrains before.
How long have you been working professionally in comics?
I worked in local comics for 5 years.
What things -- both in art and otherwise -- have you worked on, besides comics? Are comics a full-time gig for you or part-time?
It wasn't really a full-time job because I have my studies before. I just work for my allowances at school.
After working in local comics, I worked in children's' books for three years. Then here I am, landing back to comics, trying my luck in international level.
Talk about how you broke into the business --was it easy?
Hell no! It was very hard and horrible.
My first experience with the editors is somewhat dreadful, because back then, I don't have any idea on how they work on comic books.
I have only samples done in bond papers using ball pens. I only have sheer gut that, ok, I know how to draw.
I was happy when I saw my first published work. I immediately showed it and bragged about it to my family and friends. I remember staring at it the whole day, still couldn't believe that I was really working on comic books!
Did you work as an assistant to any other artists?
Yes.
How did your parents take to the idea of working in comics?
Nothing. They just let me do what I want. They're happy, because at least I got a job. And I'm earning.
How would you describe your workspace? Is it part of your home, or do you go "to the studio"?
Me and my artist friends share on an apartment that also serves as our studio, we all work and live there. We also go to our glasshouse office/studio sometimes to do production jobs.
What job are you the proudest of? What's your most embarrassing?
My first job in comics, of course. My most embarrassing? My first love story script. It got a gawky characters.
What are you currently drawing? Comments on that project?
I will do a one-shot on Xena the warrior princess, we're on designing the characters stage, hope I can make this book really good.
Talk about your family: Parents, siblings, home situation. Are you married? Do they read comics?
I am living with my parents in Laguna. I am single, and I have three brothers and three sisters. They do read comic books.
What projects do you hope to work on in the future?
I am hoping to work on a project that's something like that of Battle chasers.
Where do you see yourself in five years? ten?
In five years, I am hoping that I'm already successful in my career as a comic book artist .
In ten years, hope to have titles to brag about. Big titles!
What is the interest in comics where you live? Do friends and neighbors know you draw comics for a living? How do they react?
I seldom roam around my neighborhood, so they don't have any idea on my job. They just know I'm an artist .
What's 1 thing you'll always find in your refrigerator?
water
What's your favorite food?
Pork sinigang, spaghetti and pizza.
What are your favorite interests?

Have you ever thought of writing your own stories?
Of course.
Ever been in a gang?
Nope.
What's an average day in your life like?
We usually work at night and sleep at daytime.
Any humorous or interesting anecdotes to tell about the comics business?
None that I can think of.

None.
If you weren't a comic-book artist today, what would you be?
Maybe I'm an architect or a hollywood actor hehe..

No.
The single thing you'd most like to be remembered for in your life is...?
