I was born and grew up in a small town Khandapara, Orissa, India. Currently I’m in New Delhi, India.

I had completed my education from the same town, Khandapara. I had completed my Bachelor in Fine Arts from Khallikote, Orissa and Master in Fine Arts from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Orissa. Diploma in Multimedia from Esteem Infosys, Hyderabad.
How long have you been working professionally in comics?
About three years I had started my professional work for comics such as Swordsman, STARR’S END (Shooting Starr), Glance of Time (TEZLON), TOA (The Lost World), Circular World for western comics and for Indian comics Ramayana, Mahabharata, and few of like these.
What things -- both in art and otherwise -- have you worked on, besides comics? Are comics a full-time gig for you or part-time?
Although my full-time elapsed on comics but I had worked on painting, sketching and graphic designing as for my interest and hobby. I would like to extend my knowledge on comics and digital coloring in my future.
Talk about how you broke into the business --was it easy? Hard? Ups? Downs? Any interesting anecdotes? When you held your first published work in your hands, how did you feel?
Well, that’s a milestone for my life. It’s hard but interesting. First-of-all I had working for Indian Comics till 2004. I'd never worked in western comics until that moment. Mr. Michael Kelleher was the major influence for my career. Accidentally, he provides me some coloring pages to re-color them. And after that he took interest on me and influences me to take an online-training in Glass House Graphics. TEZLON is my first published work from my own hands. It’s a great pleasure for me and that is the strong foundation for my future.
How did you settle on the style(s) you're currently using? If you have multiple styles how did you develop them?
Obviously, as like other guys, I started from simple styles. I always like the coloring style of oil-painting. It inspired me to explore different techniques.
How did your parents take to the idea of working in comics?
As the parents do, they always encourage me for my work. Especially my mother supported me all the way.

My workspace is my home. It’s a nice place for me.
